About the Role:
Join Hampton Inn Morgantown as a Guest Service Agent, where you'll be the face of our welcoming environment! We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences in the heart of Morgantown, West Virginia. The main shift will be the 7am to 3 pm shift.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Assist with billing and payment processing during check-out.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Follow safety and security protocols to ensure guest safety.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a guest service role is a plus.
