The ideal candidate for breakfast attendant prepares, maintains, and cleans the morning buffet area in our hotel while providing friendly service to our guests.
 
Job Summary

Role: Greet guests and ensures a clean, fully stocked breakfast buffet.
Hours: 5:00 AM to 11 AM
Environment: Fast-paced, hospitality-focused, requiring early rising and reliability is crucial.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Stocking: Set up the hot and cold buffet, brew coffee, heat pre-made items (like eggs and sausage), and restock food, drinks, and utensils.
Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, answer questions about the food and local area, and clear plates and trash.
Cleanliness & Safety: Wipe down tables, mop floors, wash dishes, and monitor food temperatures to meet health codes.

Qualifications & Requirements

Physical: Ability to stand during the shift and lift up to 25 pounds.
Skills: Good communication, basic organization, cleaning, and a friendly, helpful attitude, good personality!
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with past food service experience a plus.
Certifications: Food handler's card a plus.
